Vrat ke Dahi Bade
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup sabudana
- ½ cup samak rice
- 5 cups water
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Engine Refined Groundnut Oil
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Dry roast sabudana and samak rice.
- Grind to a fine powder.
- Boil 1.5 cups of water.
- Add in the powder.
- Add salt to taste and black pepper powder
- Add oil.
- Cook everything until the water is absorbed.
- Cover and cook for a couple of minutes.
- Transfer to a bowl. Once it is workable, make badas.
- Heat enough oil for frying.
- Deep fry bada until golden.
- To serve add bada to a bowl. Top it with yogurt, chutney of your choice, red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves.
- Ready to serve.
