Vrat ke Dahi Bade

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup sabudana
  • ½ cup samak rice
  • 5 cups water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Engine Refined Groundnut Oil
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Dry roast sabudana and samak rice.
  2. Grind to a fine powder.
  3. Boil 1.5 cups of water.
  4. Add in the powder.
  5. Add salt to taste and black pepper powder
  6. Add oil.
  7. Cook everything until the water is absorbed.
  8. Cover and cook for a couple of minutes.
  9. Transfer to a bowl. Once it is workable, make badas.
  10. Heat enough oil for frying.
  11. Deep fry bada until golden.
  12. To serve add bada to a bowl. Top it with yogurt, chutney of your choice, red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves.
  13. Ready to serve.
