Farali Bafla:-
Ingredients Required:
For the dough:
- 2 cups Singhara flour
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Engine Filtered Groundnut Oil
- Water as much required
For the stuffing:
- 1 tbsp Engine Filtered Groundnut Oil
- 3 boiled and mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp coarsely ground peanuts
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- A handful of chopped coriander leaves
For Farali Bafla:
- Engine Filtered Groundnut Oil for frying
How to make Farali Bafla:
- To make the dough, combine flour, salt, and oil.
- Gradually add water.
- Make a soft dough.
- To make the stuffing, heat oil.
- Add boiled and mashed potatoes, ground peanuts, salt, red chili powder, and chopped coriander leaves.
- Cook everything for 3-5 minutes.
- To make bafla, take a portion of the dough.
- Add in the stuffing. Shape it into a bafla.
- Steam for 10-12 minutes.
- Heat enough oil for frying.
- Deep fry steamed bafla until crisp.9
- Serve hot with yogurt and chutney.
